| Abstract: | Hlavním tématem této diplomové práce je zajištění odpovědnosti z provozu vozidla. Jelikož je pojištění odpovědnosti z provozu motorového vozidla v České republice založeno na povinně smluvní bázi, je nedílnou součástí života každého občana, který vlastní a provozuje motorové vozidlo. Z důvodu finanční i sociální závažnosti škod plynoucích z tohoto typu pojištění je stejně důležité i jeho zajištění. Předmětem a účelem této diplomové práce je čtenáři blíže přiblížit tuto problematiku a její praxi z pohledu zajišťovny. Výsledkem práce by měla být osvěta o pojmu zajištění obecně a jeho možném členění. Blíže se pak práce zaměří na konkrétní typ zajištění, a to zajištění odpovědnosti z provozu motorových vozidel. Praktický příklad vysvětlí pojem indexace. Přínosem autora je právě prokázání potřeby indexace z pohledu zajišťovny v době rostoucí inflace. |

| Abstract: | The main topic of this diploma thesis is a motor third part liability reinsurance. As a motor third part liability insurance is based on a mandatory-contractual basis in the Czech Republic, it is an important part of every citizen who owns and uses a motor vehicle. Due to the financial and social seriousness of damages resulting from this type of insurance its reinsurance is very important as well. The main topic and purpose of this diploma thesis is to give a deeper knowledge about this topic and its practice from the reinsurer’s point of view to the reader. The outcome of the thesis should be an education in respect of a reinsurance in general and its possible types. The thesis will then focus more deeply on one specific type of reinsurance, namely motor third part liability reinsurance. A practical example will explain the concept of indexation in more detail. The author’s contribution is a precise demonstration of the need of indexation in times of rising inflation from the reinsurer’s point of view. |
