| Abstract: | Předmětem bakalářské práce je problematika vykazování dluhopisů dle českých účetních předpisů a Mezinárodních standardů finančního výkaznictví. Cílem práce je komplexně popsat většinu aspektů souvisejících s výkaznictvím dluhopisů ve sféře podnikatelských subjektů. První část se zaměřuje na teorii dluhopisů a seznámení čtenáře s dluhopisy jak z právního, tak i účetního hlediska. Účetní pohled je především zaměřen na jednotlivé metody oceňování obligací, způsoby zveřejňování informací souvisejících s dluhopisy a obsah těchto informací. Druhá část znázorňuje některé z rozdílů mezi těmito systémy na příkladech. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with reporting of bonds in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards and Czech accounting regulations. The aim of this thesis is to describe most aspects related to bond reporting in the sphere of business entities. The first part focuses on the theory of bonds and introduces the reader to bonds from both legal and accounting standpoints. The accounting standpoint focuses mainly on the various methods of bond valuation, the methods of disclosure of bond-related information and the value of such information. The second part illustrates some of the differences between these systems with examples. |
