| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku udržitelných financí v bankovnictví s důrazem na environmentální, sociální a správní aspekty (ESG). Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část práce se zabývá konceptem udržitelných financí a jejich významem v bankovním sektoru. Je zde představen jejich vznik a vývoj. Dále je pozornost věnována ESG faktorům, které jsou klíčové pro celé toto odvětví a v neposlední řadě je zde uveden teoretický přehled současných udržitelných regulací bank v Evropské unii. Praktická část práce vychází z návrhu provozního rámce transparentnosti bank v oblasti ESG. Jsou zde představeny doporučení pro banky, jak integrovat udržitelnost do svých provozních procesů a strategií a z toho vyplívající srovnání aktuální situace největších českých komerčních bank v transparentnosti. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis focuses on the issues of sustainable finance in the banking sector, with an emphasis on environmental, social, and governance aspects (ESG). The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the concept of sustainable finance and its significance in the banking sector. It introduces the origins and development of sustainable finance. Furthermore, attention is paid to ESG factors, which are key for the entire industry, and last but not least, a theoretical overview of the current sustainable regulation of banks in the European Union is given here. The practical part of the thesis builds upon the proposed operational framework of banks transparency in the field of ESG transparency. It presents recommendations for banks on how to integrate sustainability into their operational processes and strategies. Furthermore, it includes a comparison of the current situation among the Czech commercial banks in this area, based on the derived recommendations for transparency. |
