| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje analýze role auditora v kontextu daní při provádění auditu účetní závěrky. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části, teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení auditu v souladu s aktuální právní úpravou a auditorských postupů v oblasti daňové problematiky v souladu s mezinárodními účetními standardy. Praktická část vychází z teoretických východisek a aplikuje postupy auditora v oblasti daní na fiktivní společnosti. Výstupem diplomové práce je analýza auditorských postupů při auditu daní a identifikace rizikových oblastí s touto problematikou spojených. |

| Abstract: | The Diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of the tax auditor’s role within the audit of financial statements. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part addresses the definition of auditing within the current legal framework and auditing procedures related to tax issues in accordance with international auditing standards. The practical part builds on the theoretical foundations and applies tax auditor procedures to fictitious company. The outcome of the thesis is an analysis of tax auditing procedures and the identification of risky areas related to this issue. |
