| Abstract: | Jako téma této bakalářské práce je analýza výnosů komerčních bank. V teoretické části se zejména věnujeme komerčním bankám a bankovnímu sektoru v obecné rovině. Pro potřeby analýzy je potřeba charakterizovat výroční zprávu a jednotlivé částí účetní závěrky. Samotná analýza je zaměřená na tři vybrané subjekty operující na našem území. Jedná se o jednu banku malou, jednu střední a jednou banku velkou. Banky jsou analyzovány z pohledu vývoje v letech 2011 až 2021 a z pohledu struktury v roce 2021. Celá analýza je primárně zaměřená na jednotlivé druhy výnosů a jejich strukturu a následně jejich strukturu. Na konci je ještě zkoumán dopad pandemie Covid-19 na výnosnost bankovního sektoru dle jednotlivých velikostí bank. Poslední kapitola je zaměřená na porovnání vybrané banky s pojišťovnou a upřesnění specifičnosti těchto finančních institucí. |

| Abstract: | Topic of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of commercial bank yields. In the theoretical part, we mainly focus on commercial banks and the banking sector in general. For the purpose of the analysis we need to characterize the annual report and the different parts of the financial statements. The analysis itself focuses on three selected banks operating in Czech Republic. These are one small bank, one medium-sized bank and one large bank. The banks are analysed in terms of their development between 2011 and 2021 and in terms of their structure in 2021. The whole analysis is primarily focused on the different types of yields and their parts and then their structure. Finally, the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the performance of the banking sector by bank size is further examined. The last section compares the selected bank with an insurance company and specifies the unique characteristics of these financial institutions. |
