| Abstract: | Tato práce pojednává o významu ESG pro společnosti a o využívání nefinančního reportingu pro informování o jejich výkonnosti v oblasti udržitelnosti pomocí GRI. Text se zaměřuje na analýzu zpráv o udržitelnosti tří bankovních společností – České spořitelny, Komerční banky a MONETY Money bank, které využívají pro reporting GRI. Cílem je posoudit, nakolik tyto společnosti dodržují standardy pro reporting, kde je ještě prostor pro zlepšení. |

| Abstract: | This thesis discusses the importance of ESG for companies and the use of non-financial reporting to inform about their sustainability performance using GRI. The text focuses on the analysis of sustainability reports of three banking companies - Česká spořitelna, Komerční banka and MONETA Money bank - that use GRI for reporting. The aim is to assess to what extent these companies comply with the reporting standards and where there is room for improvement. |
