| Abstract: | V této bakalářské práci se budu věnovat pojištění kybernetických rizik pro firemní sektor. V teoretické části zhodnotím a popíšu stávající kybernetická rizika a ukážeme si, jak se kybernetická rizika vyvíjela v České republice a proč je toto pojištění důležité. Poté zhodnotím a porovnám vybrané pojistné produkty na toto téma. Vzhledem k tomu, že se jedná o nový pojistný produkt, tak pojistné podmínky i rozsah pojištění, které pojišťovny nabízí, můžou být velice rozdílné. Pojištění kybernetických rizik je relativně nový produkt, a proto se neustále vyvíjí. V praktické části budu simulovat pojištění na vybrané medializované případy, ve kterých došlo k závažnému kybernetickému útoku. Analyzuji, jak by se v konkrétních případech postupovalo, kdyby byly dané společnosti pojištěné proti kybernetickému útoku. |

| Abstract: | In this bachelor thesis I will write about cyber risk insurance for the corporate sector. In the theoretical part I will evaluate and describe the existing cyber risks and show how cyber risks have developed in the Czech Republic and why this insurance is important. I will evaluate and compare selected insurance products on this topic. As this is a new insurance product, the terms and conditions and the scope of insurance offered by insurance companies can be very different. Cyber risk insurance is a relatively new product and therefore is constantly evolving. In the practical part, I will simulate the insurance for a selection of publicized cases in which a major cyber attack has occurred. I analyze how the specific cases would have been handled if the companies were insured against a cyber attack. |
