| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje regulaci a dohledu nad finančním trhem z hlediska jejich institucionálního uspořádání. V úvodní části se zabývá obecnou problematikou finančního trhu a důvody regulace. Dále se soustředí především na představení jednotlivých modelů, zhodnocení jejich přínosů a negativ a konkrétně na jejich implementaci v rámci České republiky, Německa a Velké Británie. Poukazuje na jejich odlišnosti, hodnotí jednotlivé etapy vývoje a ke konci se věnuje celkové komparaci systémů v těchto zemích. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis examines financial market regulation and supervision in terms of their institutional arrangements. At the outset, it discusses general financial market issues and the reasons for regulation. It is focused primarily on introducing the different models, assessing their benefits and negatives and specifically on their implementation in the Czech Republic, Germany and the UK. It highlights their differences, assesses the different stages of development and concludes with an overall comparison of the systems in these countries. |
