| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce analyzuje veřejné zakázky města Třebíč. Teoretická část práce popisuje vývoj legislativní úpravy veřejných zakázek v České republice, vysvětluje pojmy důležité k porozumění analytické části a zmiňuje také rizika plynoucí z využívání institutu veřejných zakázek. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu rozpočtu města, testování přítomnosti konkurenčního efektu a výpočet administrativních nákladů. Závěrečná kapitola srovnává zjištěné výsledky s celorepublikovými daty. Hlavním cílem praktické části je prokázání přítomnosti konkurenčního efektu pomocí regresní analýzy. Výsledky práce potvrzují výskyt tohoto jevu ve sledovaném období |

| Abstract: | The bachelor’s thesis analyses the public procurement of the city of Třebíč. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the development of the legislative regulation of public procurement in the Czech Republic, explains the concepts important for understanding the analytical part and also mentions the risks arising from the use of the institute of public procurement. The practical part includes an analysis of the city budget, testing the presence of competitive effect and calculation of administrative costs. The final chapter compares the results with national data. The main objective of the practical part is to prove the presence of the competitive effect by means of regression analysis. The results of the work confirm the occurrence of this phenomenon in the period under study. |
