| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá hospodařením města Horšovský Týn a jeho dceřiných jednotek. Cílem práce je sestavení konsolidované účetní závěrky za rok 2021 a provedení finanční analýzy na základě těchto výkazů. Teoretická část práce se zabývá veřejným sektorem, účetnictvím územních samosprávných celků a obchodních korporací, finanční analýzou a konsolidovanou účetní závěrkou. Praktická část práce zahrnuje sestavení konsolidovaných výkazů a vypracování finanční analýzy. Do konsolidačního celku bylo kromě města Horšovský Týn zařazeno 5 zřizovaných příspěvkových organizací, tři korporace a jedno sdružení obcí. Pro porovnání výsledků finanční analýzy konsolidované účetní závěrky slouží individuální účetní závěrky obdobných měst do počtu obyvatel v regionu. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis focuses on an examination of the financial activities of the city of Horšovský Týn and its subsidiaries. The aim of this thesis is to prepare consolidated financial statements of the city for the year 2021 and to conduct a financial analysis based on those financial statements. The theoretical part describes the topics of the public sector, accounting of municipalities and business corporations, financial analysis, and consolidated financial statements. The practical part includes the preparation of consolidated financial statements and financial analysis. The consolidated financial group except for the city includes 5 contributory organizations, 3 corporations, and 1 voluntary association of municipalities. For the comparison of the results of financial analysis are used individual statements of municipalities, which are located in the region and have a similar number of inhabitants. |
