| Abstract: | Pojistné za pojištění odpovědnosti z provozu vozidla je v ČR v komparaci se západní Evropou nízké, což signifikantně dlouhodobě zatěžuje škodné průběhy lokálních pojišťoven. Cílem BP by mělo být srovnání cenových hladin za povinné ručení v okolních zemích a návrh na úpravu pojistného v závislosti na faktorech, které autorce přijdou relevantní. |

| Abstract: | Insurance premiums for Motor Third Party Liability Insurance in the Czech Republic are low compared to Western Europe, which significantly burdens claimsof local insurance companies in the long term. The purpose of this bachelor's thesis is to compare the price levels for Motor Third Party Liability Insurance in the surrounding countries and to propose appropriate premium pricing depending on the factors that the author regards as relevant. |
