| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se věnuje specifickým oblastem účetnictví nestátního zdravotnického zařízení se zaměřením na dialyzační péči. Teoretická část popisuje podmínky založení soukromého zdravotního zařízení, volbu právní formy podnikání a nutnost splnění specifických právních podmínek pro podnikání v oboru zdravotnictví. Jsou vysvětleny smluvní vztahy se zdravotními pojišťovnami, detailně popsáno vyúčtování a úhrada zdravotní péče. Dále je tato problematika rozebrána v praktické části v podmínkách společnosti B. Braun Avitum, s.r.o., poskytující dialyzační služby, s důrazem na účetní případy typické pro zdravotnický sektor. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on specific areas of accounting in a private healthcare facility with a focus on dialysis treatment. The theoretical part describes the conditions for establishing a private healthcare facility, the choice of the legal form of business, and the need to meet specific legal conditions for doing business in the healthcare industry. Contractual relations with health insurance companies are explained, billing and reimbursement of healthcare services are described in detail. Furthermore, this issue is examined in the practical part within the context of B. Braun Avitum, s.r.o., company providing dialysis services, with an emphasis on accounting cases typical for the healthcare sector. |
