| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce pojednává o pozici manažera udržitelného rozvoje. Ve své teoretické části uvádí obecnou problematiku udržitelného rozvoje a dále charakteristiky týkající se manažera udržitelného rozvoje jako je náplň práce, vzdělání, zařazení v podnikové struktuře. V aplikační části je poté představen manažer udržitelného rozvoje v konkrétním podniku. V úvodu aplikační části je představena problematika udržitelného rozvoje v souvislosti s konkrétním podnikem. Dále tato část informuje o charakteristikách, náplni práce, odpovědnostech, zařazení do podnikové struktury a roli manažera udržitelného rozvoje v konkrétním podniku. Na základě teoretických a praktických poznatků je v závěru aplikační části obsažena kapitola věnující se optimalizaci oblastí a činností manažera udržitelného rozvoje vedoucí k efektivnějšímu řízení udržitelnosti a následnému dosahování cílů. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis is about the position of sustainability manager. The theoretical part presents the general issues of sustainable development and the characteristics of a sustainability manager such as job description, education, and placement in the corporate structure. The application part then introduces the sustainability manager in a particular company. In the introduction of the application part, the issue of sustainable development is presented in the context of a specific enterprise. This section then provides information on the characteristics, job description, responsibilities, placement in the corporate structure as well as the role of the sustainability manager in a specific enterprise. Based on the theoretical and practical findings, the application section concludes with a chapter on optimizing the areas and activities of the sustainability manager leading to more effective sustainability management and subsequent achievement of objectives. |
