| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je komplexní analýza technologie blockchain a decentralizovaných finančních služeb (DeFi). Práce se zaměřuje na vývoj a analýzu klíčových konceptů, které formují tento rychle se rozvíjející sektor finančního průmyslu. V úvodní části práce autor seznamuje čtenáře se základními vlastnostmi blockchainu. Následuje zaměření na problematiku Etherea a smart kontraktů, zároveň popisuje oracles a jejich stěžejní roli v celém DeFi. Další část práce je věnována stablecoinům a rizikům, která jsou s jejich použitím spojena. Autor zde podrobně analyzuje jednotlivé stablecoiny, které mají systémový význam, a racionálně popisuje rizika, jimž se může uživatel při jejich používání vystavit. Následuje rozbor historie a rizik jak centralizovaných, tak decentralizovaných burz. Autor nenechává bez povšimnutí další zásadní sektory DeFi, jako jsou decentralizované půjčky a zápůjčky, syntetická aktiva, liquid staking, yield, pojištění a RWA. Závěrem práce poskytuje podrobný popis rizik spojených s DeFi. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is a comprehensive analysis of blockchain technology and decentralized financial services (DeFi). The work focuses on the development and analysis of key concepts that shape this rapidly evolving sector of the financial industry. In the introductory part of the thesis, the author acquaints readers with the basic characteristics of the blockchain. This is followed by a focus on the issues of Ethereum and smart contracts, while describing oracles and their pivotal role in the entire DeFi. The next section of the work is dedicated to stablecoins and the risks associated with their use. Here, the author thoroughly analyzes individual stablecoins that have systemic importance, and rationally describes the risks that users may expose themselves to when using them. This is followed by an analysis of the history and risks of both centralized and decentralized exchanges. The author does not overlook other fundamental sectors of DeFi, such as decentralized lending and borrowing, synthetic assets, liquid staking, yield, insurance, and RWA. At the conclusion of the thesis, a detailed description of the risks associated with DeFi is provided. |
