| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou elektronické evidence tržeb a jejím přínosem pro správce daně. Vysvětluje důvody, které vedly k jejímu zavedeni v České republice a popisuje způsoby, jakými Finanční správa využívala získaná data z evidence pro svou kontrolní a vyhledávací činnost. Zároveň je ověřena hypotéza, zda zavedení elektronické evidence tržeb přispělo k vyššímu inkasu daně z přidané hodnoty a daní z příjmů fyzických a právnických osob. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of electronic registration of sales and its benefits for the tax administration. It explains the reasons that led to its introduction in the Czech Republic and describes the ways in which the Financial Administration used the data obtained from the register for its control and search activities. It also tests the hypothesis whether the introduction of electronic registration of sales has contributed to a higher collection of value added tax and personal and corporate income taxes. |
