| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá úrokům v oblasti účetnictví, daní a práva. Hlavním cílem je souhrnně popsat úroky ve zmíněných oblastech, které jsou podrobně rozebrány v teoretické části. V praktické části jsou analyzovány dva rozsudky Nejvyššího správního soudu, které propojují poznatky z teoretické části a ilustrují jejich fungování na reálných příkladech. Hlavním bodem obou rozsudků je daňová (ne)uznatelnost úroků plynoucích z různých titulů. V obou případech je konečné rozhodnutí postaveno především na problematice umělého vytvoření podmínek pro splnění uznání daňové uznatelnosti. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with interest in the field of accounting, taxation and law. The main objective is to describe interest in the mentioned areas, which are discussed in detail in the theoretical part. In the practical part, two judgments of the Supreme Administrative Court are analysed, linking the findings from the theoretical part and illustrating their functioning with real examples. The main point of both judgments is the tax (non-)deductibility of interest arising from different titles. In both cases, the final decision is mainly based on the issue of artificially creating the conditions for tax deductibility. |
