| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na účetní podvody v souvislosti s hospodářskou kriminalitou, a to konkrétně spáchanými v České republice. Práce je pomyslně rozdělena na tři části. V první části je obsažena teorie v podobě vymezení základních pojmů a následného nadefinování vybraných druhů podvodných jednání. Na konci teoretické části jsou popsány možnosti, které by mohly vést k jejich odhalení, ale také možné způsoby jejich prevence. Druhá část je praktická a obsahuje specifickou analýzu ve formě statistiky související mimo jiné s vyplácením kompenzačních bonusů, na kterou navazuje třetí část popisující případy podvodů s neoprávněně vyplacenými bonusy a poukázání na možnou zneužitelnost této formy finanční podpory. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on accounting fraud in the context of economic crime, specifically committed in the Czech Republic. The thesis is imaginatively divided into three parts. The first part contains the theory in the form of defining basic concepts and then defining selected types of frauds. At the end of the theoretical part, the possibilities that could lead to their detection are described, as well as possible ways of their prevention. The second part is practical and contains a specific analysis in the form of statistics related to the payment of compensation bonuses, which is followed by a third part describing cases of fraud with unauthorized paid bonuses and pointing out the possible abuse of this form of financial support. |
