| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem nového zákona o účetnictví. Popisuje legislativní proces návrhu zákona a cíl, který by měl nový zákon naplnit. Práce dále popisuje vybrané změny, které návrh nového zákona nabízí. Jedná se o zakomponování koncepčního rámce, změny v kategorizaci účetních jednotek a skupin, zavedení funkční měny a umožnění vedení účetnictví v jiné měně, dále možnosti a druhy oceňování a změny v účetní závěrce. Cílem práce je tedy popsat vybrané změny, které vyplývají z návrhu nového zákona o účetnictví a porovnat je oproti stávajícímu zákonu o účetnictví. V návaznosti na to prezentovat změny na příkladech a zanalyzovat dopad na účetní jednotky. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis deals with the bill on accounting. It describes the legislative process of the bill and the goal to be fulfilled by its adoption. The thesis also describes selected changes that the bill offers. These include the incorporation of a Conceptual Framework, changes in Categories of Undertakings and Groups the introduction of a Functional Currency and the possibility of bookkeeping in a different currency, as well as options and types of valuation and changes in Financial Statements. Therefore, the aim of the thesis is to describe selected changes resulting from the bill on accounting and to compare them with the existing Act of Accounting. Then present the changes with examples and analyze the impact on the undertakings. |
