| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá systémem měření a řízení výkonnosti v konkrétní společnosti podnikající v oboru stavebnictví. Hlavním cílem je analyzovat stávající systém používaný podnikem na základě informací získaných ze strukturovaných rozhovorů, pozorování a rozborů dokumentů, provést vyhodnocení zjištěné analýzou a celý systém následně optimalizovat. Poté stanovit postup a rady pro úspěšnou implementaci. Tyto procesy budou rozebrány v praktické části, která se bude opírat a navazovat na část teoretickou, kde budou popsány a vymezeny pojmy týkající se oblasti manažerského účetnictví, konkrétně systému měření a řízení výkonnosti s následným zaměřením na jeden model pro měření výkonnosti, a to na Balanced Scorecard. |

| Abstract: | This master thesis deals with the performance measurement and management system in a specific company operating in the construction industry. The main objective is to analyze the current system used by the company based on information obtained from structured interviews, observations, and document analysis, to evaluate the analysis findings, and then to optimize the whole system. Then to determine the procedure and advice for successful implementation. These processes will be discussed in the practical part, which will be based on and linked to the theoretical part, where concepts related to the field of management accounting, specifically the performance measurement and management system, will be described and defined, with a subsequent focus on one model for performance measurement, namely the Balanced Scorecard. |
