| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá zhodnocením současného financování Státního fondu dopravní infrastruktury a vypracováním návrhu na nezávislé a udržitelné hospodaření. Důvodem zkoumání je dlouhodobá ekonomická neudržitelnost fondu, problémem je především velká závislost fondu na státních dotacích. Práce poskytuje kompletní analýzu příjmů a výdajů rozpočtu a také upozorňuje na vliv ekonomického cyklu na plány rozpočtu. V závěru práce jsou předloženy tři konkrétní opatření na řešení problému. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the evaluation of the current financing of the State Fund for Transport Infrastructure and the development of a proposal for independent and sustainable management. The reason for the investigation is the long-term economic unsustainability of the Fund, the problem is mainly the high dependence of the Fund on state subsidies. The paper provides a complete analysis of the budget's revenues and expenditures and highlights the impact of the economic cycle on the budget plans. The thesis concludes with three specific measures to address the problem. |
