| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a implementací vícerozměrného systému měřítek výkonnosti pro konkrétní mikro podnik. Teoretická část mapuje historii, principy a jednotlivé perspektivy manažerského nástroje Balanced Scorecard, zejména jeho použití v malých a středních podnicích. Praktická část pak představuje samotný podnik, navrhuje jeho strategii a systém Balanced Scorecard a doporučuje opatření k implementaci tohoto nástroje, který přispívá k zefektivnění podnikových procesů. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis is focused on the design and implementation of a multidimensional system of performance measurement for a specific small enterprise. Theoretical part of this thesis maps the history, principles and individual perspectives of a management tool Balanced Scorecard and its use in small and medium-sized enterprises. Practical part then introduces the company itself, proposes its strategy and the Balanced Scorecard system, and recommends actions to implement this tool, which contributes to higher efficiency of business processes. |
