| Abstract: | Cílem bylo zjistit úroveň work-life balance všeobecných sester pracujících v rámci jednoho nemocničního zařízení, zjistit, jaká je úroveň kultury učení na daných dvou typech pracovišť a najít vztah mezi work-life balance a kulturou učení. Kvantitativní výzkum byl založen na základě tří výzkumných otázek. Data byla sesbírána jednak pomocí validovaných dotazníků, jednak pomocí otevřených otázek vytvořených na základě informací získaných z literární rešerše. Data byla následně vyhodnocena pomocí popisné statistiky a dále pomocí Spearmanova korelačního koeficientu. Výsledky dotazníkového šetření ukazují, že work-life balance všeobecných sester pracujících na ambulancích v rámci daného nemocničního zařízení je staticky významně závislá na kultuře učení na pracovišti. |

| Abstract: | The aim was to find out the level of work-life balance of general nurses working within one hospital facility, to find out the level of learning culture in the two types of workplaces and to find the relationship between work-life balance and learning culture. The quantitative research was based on three research questions. The data was collected using both validated questionnaires, which were then evaluated using descriptive statistics as well as Spearman's correlation coefficient, and open-ended questions developed based on information obtained from literature search. The results of the questionnaire survey show that the work-life balance of general nurses working in outpatient departments within a given hospital facility is statically significantly dependent on the learning culture of the workplace. |
