| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice vývoje požadavků u projektu vývoje finančního systému. Diplomová práce vychází z realizovaného projektu, který je teoreticky zarámován jako dočasná organizace. Cílem práce je průzkum vývoje/evoluce požadavků na informační systém v čase u vybraného projektu se zaměřením na vznik kvalitativních požadavků v rámci procesu elicitace. Pro výzkum byl zvolen kvalitativní přístup a byla využita obsahová analýza a analýza konstituce cesty (Path constitution analysis) poskytnuté projektové dokumentace. Bylo identifikováno 499 dílčích požadavků. Výsledky výzkumu ukazují na čtyři zjištění týkající se vývoje požadavků v čase. První představuje vývoj požadavků v kontextu Work breakdown structure nástroje. Druhý představuje vývoj požadavků jako rozhodnutí. Třetí představuje požadavky, ke kterým bylo nutné se vrátit. A poslední představuje vznik nových požadavků v rámci validace. Všechny čtyři zjištění identifikují potenciální nebezpečí pro vývoj informačního systému vzhledem k omezení času. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the problem of requirements development in a financial system development project. The thesis is based on an implemented project that is theoretically framed as a temporary organization. The aim of the thesis is to investigate the development/evolution of information system requirements over time for a selected project, focusing on the emergence of qualitative requirements within the elicitation process. A qualitative approach was adopted for the research and a content analysis and Path constitution analysis of the provided project documentation was used. 499 sub-requirements were identified. The research results show four findings regarding the evolution of requirements over time. The first presents the evolution of requirements in the context of the Work Breakdown Structure Tool. The second represents the evolution of requirements as decisions. The third represents requirements that had to be revisited. And the last represents the development of new requirements in the context of validation. All four findings identify potential hazards to information system development due to time constraints. |
