| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je zjištění trendů stanovování finančních a nefinančních cílů startupových společností z České republiky a následná komparace skutečností s cíli běžně prezentovanými odbornou literaturou a teorií. Rešeršní část je zaměřena na kritické zhodnocení literatury a akademických článků z oblasti podnikových cílů a startupů. Na základě informací z rešeršní části je následně sestaven strukturovaný dotazník pro účely výzkumné části. Diplomová práce odpovídá na 4 výzkumné otázky, rozšiřující cíl práce. Výsledkem této práce je zhodnocení preference a trendů podnikových cílů v prostředí startupů. V závěru jsou zodpovězeny výzkumné otázky a interpretována zjištění z aplikační části. |

| Abstract: | The main objective of this thesis is to identify trends in the determination of financial and non-financial goals of startup companies from the Czech Republic and subsequent comparison the facts with the goals commonly presented in the literature and theory. Theoretical part is focused on the critical evaluation of literature and academic articles in the field of subniche goals and start-ups. Based on the information from the theoretical part, a structured questionnaire is made for the research part. The thesis answers 4 research questions, extending the aim of the thesis. The result of this thesis is an evaluation of the preference and trends of corporate goals in the startup environment. Finally, the research questions are answered and the findings interpret from the research part. |
