| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá oblastí problematiky dotačních podvodů v českém sportu. Cílem bylo identifikovat dopady nejednoznačnosti dotačních titulů ve sportu na reputaci sportovního klubu. Cíle práce byly naplňovány pomocí případové studie. Výzkum představuje výstupy analýzy dokumentace spojené s případem dotačního podvodu. Následně i výstupů z analýzy 10 respondentů, členů sportovního klubu, a jednou hlavní respondentkou z případu „Podvod“. Získaná data byla analyzována v prvním kroku pomocí obsahové analýzy a v kroku druhém pomocí tematické analýzy. Na základě výzkumu, bylo zjištěno, že největším problémem celého procesu žádání o dotaci, je konflikt mezi jednotlivými institucemi, které do procesu vstupují a jejich podmínek. Výsledky analýzy týkající se reputace naznačují, že vnímání reputace sportovního klubu je ovlivněno instantností. Reputace sportovního klubu je ovlivněno osobní reputací hlavní respondentky. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of subsidy fraud in Czech sport. The aim was to identify the effects of ambiguity of subsidy titles in sport on the reputation of a sports club. The objectives of the thesis were fulfilled by means of a case study. The research presents the outputs of the analysis of documentation related to the case of subsidy fraud. Subsequently, and the outputs from the analysis of 10 respondents, members of a sports club, and one main respondent from the 'Fraud' case. The data obtained was analysed in the first step using content analysis and in the second step using thematic analysis. Based on the research, it was found that the biggest problem of the whole process of applying for subsidies, is the conflict between the different institutions that enter the process and their conditions. The results of the analysis related to reputation suggest that the perception of a sports club's reputation is influenced by instantaneity. The reputation of the sports club is influenced by the personal reputation of the main respondent. |
