| Abstract: | Účelem této diplomové práce je na základě literární rešerše a dat z dotazníku porozumět vzorcům chování a potřebám českého obyvatelstva v oblasti investic. Práce si klade za cíl motivovat finančně pasivní obyvatele k ochraně hodno-ty peněz pomocí využití investičních instrumentů. K tomu slouží soubor manažerských doporučení a argumentace důležitosti aktivní správy finančních prostředků. Součástí práce je také vyhodnocení hypotéz, které hledají souvislosti napříč odpověďmi z dotazníku. Tím vzniká jednak komplexní přehled možností pro drobné investory, kteří se rozhodují jak alokovat své finance a zapracovat tak na své finanční nezávislosti, ale také přináší souhrn stavu ČR v oblasti investic a finanční gramotnosti. |

| Abstract: | The purpose of this thesis is to understand the behavioral patterns and investment needs of the Czech population on the basis of literature research and questionnaire data. The thesis aims to motivate the financially passive population to protect the value of money by using investment instruments. To do this, a set of managerial recommendations and arguments on the importance of active money management are used. The thesis also includes an evaluation of hypotheses that look for relationships across the questionnaire responses. Inductive statistical methods and IBM SPSS software are used to evaluate these hypotheses. This provides both a comprehensive overview of options for retail investors deciding how to allocate their funds and work towards financial independence, but also provides a summary of the state of the country in terms of investment and financial literacy. |
