| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá finančním managementem nesezdaných párů. Cílem práce je vyhodnotit vliv vybraných faktorů na finanční management nesezdaných párů. Pro naplnění cíle se využívá kvantitativní výzkum a sběr dat byl proveden pomocí dotazníku. K analýze dat byly využity lineární a logistická regrese. Finanční management byl operacionalizován pomocí tří proměnných. Byl prokázán vliv finanční komunikace, úzkostného stylu připoutání a finančního stresu na finanční management. Výsledky této studie poskytují významné poznatky pro párové terapeuty, finanční poradce a páry samotné. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the financial management of unmarried couples. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the influence of selected factors on the financial management of unmarried couples. To achieve the objective, quantitative research is used, and data collection has been done through a questionnaire. Linear and logistic regression were used to analyze the data. Financial management was operationalized using three variables. The effect of financial communication, anxious attachment style, and financial stress on financial management was demonstrated. The results of this study provide important insights for couple therapists, financial counselors, and couples themselves. |
