| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem Strategie modrého oceánu jako nástroj pro vytvo-ření nových služeb v hotelnictví. Cíl této diplomové práce zahrnuje analýzu trhu v ho-telnictví s důrazem na vliv pandemie COVID-19 a návrh strategického profilu dle nové-ho konceptu, za použití takových analytických nástrojů strategie modrého oceánu, jako obraz strategie, systémový rámec čtyř aktivních opatření a souřadnicová síť. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the topic of the Blue Ocean Strategy as a tool for creating new services in the hotel industry. The aim of this thesis includes the analysis of the market in the hospitality industry with emphasis on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the design of a strategic profile according to the new concept, using such analytical tools of the Blue Ocean Strategy as the strategy picture, the system framework of four active measures and the coordinate network. |
