Cílem této bakalářské práce je doplnit stávající literaturu upravující působnosti v trestním právu a také zodpovězení výzkumných otázek. Výzkumné otázky se zaměřují na úroveň znalostí z práva a trestního práva u manažerů z praxe a také na jejich pohled na výuku práva a trestního práva v rámci studijního programu management na vysoké škole. Zodpovězení výzkumných otázek je dosahováno pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu ve formě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s pečlivě vybranými respondenty, kteří působí na manažerských pozicích. Bakalářská práce poskytuje analýzu těchto rozhovorů, diskutuje jejich výsledky a formu výzkumu, stanovuje odpovědi na výzkumné otázky, ale také podněcuje k dalšímu zkoumání v této oblasti, jelikož se v rámci výzkumu objevily jisté limitace, které brání generalizaci výsledku. |

| Abstract: |
The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to supplement the existing literature regulating jurisdiction in criminal law and also to answer research questions. The research questions focus on the level of knowledge of law and criminal law among managers from practice, as well as their view of the teaching of law and criminal law within the management study program at a university. Answering the research questions is achieved using qualitative research in the form of semi-structured interviews with carefully selected respondents who work as managers. The bachelor's thesis provides an analysis of these interviews, discusses their results and the form of research, determines answers to research questions, but also encourages further research in this area, as certain limitations have appeared in the research that prevent the generalization of the result. |
