| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá na analýzu obecních voleb z pohledu teorie her v krajských městech, se zaměřením především na volby, které se konaly 23. a 24. září 2022. Teoretická část seznámí s použitými matematickými metodami a situací ohledně národního uspořádání a voleb. Metody použité v této analýze zahrnují určení politické síly pomocí Shapleyova-Shubikova a Banzhafova indexu pro strany ve krajských městech. Tato metoda slouží především k zjištění politické situace v krajských městech a vlivu jednotlivých stran v těchto městech. Další metoda spočívá ve vyhledání programových bodů jednotlivých stran a získání nejvhodnější koalice prostřednictvím teorie minimální souvislé většinové koalice. Data pro tuto analýzu byla sbírána skrze veřejně dostupné volební programy stran, případně z komunikace z danými stranami. Praktická část se zabývá aplikování již zmíněných metod na konkrétní krajská měst. Hypotézou v rámci této analýzy je „Strany krajských měst, které mají podobné programové body mají větší šanci vytvořit koalici“ a tuto hypotézu se nepodařilo potvrdit. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor thesis looks at the analysis of municipal elections from the perspective of game theory in regional towns, focusing primarily on the elections held on September 23 and 24, 2022. The theoretical part will present the mathematical methods used and the situation regarding the national arrangements and elections. The methods used in this analysis include determining political strength using the Shapley-Shubikov and Banzhaf indexes for parties in regional cities. This method serves primarily to determine the political situation in regional towns and the influence of individual parties in these towns. Another method involves locating the agenda points of each party and obtaining the most suitable coalition through the theory of a minimal contiguous majority coalition. Data for this analysis was collected through publicly available election programs of the parties, or from communications from the parties. The practical part deals with the application of the methods mentioned above to specific regional towns. The hypothesis within this analysis is "Parties of regional cities that have similar program points have a better chance of forming a coalition" and this hypothesis could not be confirmed. |
