| Abstract: | Zaměříme-li se na téma teorie pravděpodobnosti, zjistíme, že se zde nachází velké množství abstraktních pojmů, které není jednoduché hned pochopit. Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na bližší pochopení jednoho takového pojmu – zákona velkých čísel. Pochopení takového pojmu je zásadní pro pochopení širších souvislostí nejen v rámci teorie pravděpodobnosti. Klasické vyučovací metody nedokážou poskytnout dostatečný prostor a možnosti pro plné porozumění takto abstraktních pojmů. Tyto metody zahrnují často pasivní přístup, jako je pouhé poslouchání přednášek, čtení textů a vykonávání statistických příkladů. Cílem této práce bylo vytvořit interaktivní R Shiny aplikaci, která přispěje k lepšímu pochopení zákona velkých čísel jak studenty, tak i širší veřejností. Zákon velkých čísel je zde simulován na generovaných i reálných datech s možností grafického výstupu. Hlavním výsledkem této práce je jak osobní přínos v podobě lepšího pochopení zákona velkých čísel, tak i možnost sdílení aplikace s cílem přispět lepšímu pochopení tohoto zákona mezi širším publikem. |

| Abstract: | Focusing on probability theory will reveal that there are numerous abstract concepts that are difficult to comprehend right immediately. The law of large numbers is one such concept that is the focus of this bachelor’s thesis. Understanding this concept is crucial for comprehending broader situations not only within probability theory. Traditional teaching strategies cannot provide students enough time and opportunities to fully understand such abstract concepts. These methods often involve a passive approach, such as simply listening to lectures, reading texts, and doing statistical calculations. The goal of this work was to create an interactive R Shiny application that will contribute to a better understanding of the law of large numbers both by students and the wider public. The law of large numbers is simulated here on both generated and realistic data with the option of graphical output. The main result of this work is both a personal benefit in the form of a better understanding of the law of large numbers, as well as the possibility of sharing the application with the aim of contribution to a better understanding of this law among a wider audience. |
