| Abstract: | Tato práce se zaměřuje na analýzu aplikace SAFe metodiky a jejím hlavním cílem je zhodnotit úspěšnost zavedení SAFe ve vybrané společnosti. Cíle je dosaženo literární rešerší a analýzou dat získaných pozorováním a dotazníkovým šetřením. Nezbytnou součástí této práce je literární rešerše odborných zdrojů, jejímž cílem je poskytnout čtenáři dobře strukturovaný vhled na vývoj tohoto metodologického rámce a zároveň přispět k uspořádání nestranných pohledů na posuzování SAFe z r. z jiných zdrojů, než je jeho oficiální dodavatel. Stěžejní částí práce je provedení empirického výzkumu. Po popisu analyzovaného podniku a projektu následuje aplikace vybraných výzkumných metod a popis získaných výsledků. Na závěr práce je provedeno vyhodnocení uskutečněného výzkumu a předloženy návrhy na zlepšení. |

| Abstract: | This work focuses on the analysis of the SAFe framework and its main goal is to evaluate the success of the introduction of SAFe in organization in the selected company. The goal is achieved by literature search and analysis of the data that were obtained from the observation and questionnaire survey. An essential part of this work is a literary search of professional sources, which aims to provide the reader with a well-structured insight into the development of this methodological framework and at the same time contribute to the organization of impartial views on the assessing SAFe from other sources than its official supplier. The core part of the work is conducting empirical research. The description of the analyzed company and the project is followed by the application of the established research methods and the description of the obtained results. An important chapter is the evaluation of empirical research and the proposal for improvement. |
