| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu vývoje délky pracovního poměru v Evropě na základě dat z výběrového šetření SHARE (Survey of Health, Ageing and Retirement in Europe). Konkrétně se zabývá analýzou panelového datového souboru Job Episodes. Soubor poskytuje detailní informace o jednotlivých pracovních obdobích respondentů. Cílem práce je analyzovat tato data a následně vyvodit, jak často a po jak dlouhé době měnili pracovníci své zaměstnání v průběhu let. Výsledky této práce mohou přispět k lepšímu porozumění vztahu mezi délkou pracovního poměru a analyzovanými faktory. |

| Abstract: | Work focuses on the development of the employment tenure in Europe based on data from the SHARE (Survey of Health, Aging and Retirement in Europe) survey. Specifically, it analyzes the Job Episodes panel, which provides detailed information about the individual working periods of the respondents. Goal of this thesis is to analyze mentioned data and then deduce how often and after how long periods of time have the workers changed jobs over the years. The results of this work can contribute to a better understanding between the employment tenure and the analyzed factors. |
