| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce Digitalizace procesů přijímání nových zaměstnanců ve zdravotnickém zařízení se zabývá analýzou současného stavu procesů přijímání nových zaměstnanců a následným návrhem změny prvků procesů v podobě digitalizace. Práce obsahuje přehledné seznámení se s tématem a pro práci významných pojmů. Dále je obsahem práce seznámení se se zdravotnickým zařízením a okolo něj podstatných prvků pro představu komplexnosti organizace, na které je praktická část založena. Ve třetí části jsou představeny procesy vztahující se na téma práce, které vychází z osobních pohovorů se zaměstnanci a směrnic, které ve zdravotnickém zařízení platí. Čtvrtá část práce se věnuje návrhu změny těchto procesů přidáním či pozměněním prvků procesu za pomoci digitalizace. Na závěr je rozebrána validace výsledků změny procesů pracovníky zdravotnického zařízení a jejich zpětná vazba. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis Digitisation of recruitment processes in a medical facility deals with the analysis of the current state of recruitment processes and the subsequent proposal of changes to the process elements in the form of digitization. The thesis includes a clear introduction to the topic and concepts relevant to the thesis. Furthermore, the content of the thesis is an introduction to the healthcare facility and around it the essential elements to imagine the complexity of the organization on which the practical part is based. In the third part, the processes related to the topic of the thesis are presented based on personal interviews with employees and the guidelines that operate in the health facility. The fourth part of the thesis focuses on the proposal to change these processes by adding or modifying elements of the process in the form of digitalisation. In conclusion discusses the validation of the results of the process change by the health facility staff and their feedback. |
