| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje řízení rodinného projektu – otevření nové pobočky TeeHolic s dezertovými nápoji. Jedním z primárních cílů práce je pomocí analýz získat přibližný přehled o tom, jak dlouho bude realizace projektu trvat, které činnosti zahrnuje, jaké zdroje jsou využity a kolik finančních prostředků je potřeba vynaložit k uvedení daného produktu na trh. Hlavním nástrojem pro vypracování projektu je software MS Project, ve kterém je pro vytvoření harmonogramu projektu implementována metoda MPM. Tento program umí zobrazit Ganttův diagram, pomocí něhož lze vizualizovat celkovou dobu trvání projektu i jeho jednotlivých fází, seznam úkolů, jejich vzájemnou souvislost aj. Praktická část rovněž obsahuje podrobnou analýzu času, zdrojů, nákladů a v neposlední řadě i potenciálních rizik při realizaci tohoto projektu. Protože se jedná o skutečný projekt, jehož realizace probíhá současně s touto prací, přináším v závěru porovnání, zda se doba dokončení projektu, počet potřebných zdrojů a skutečně vynaložené náklady shodují s výsledky uvedenými v této práci. Nebude chybět ani zmínka rizik, která realizace takového projektu obnáší. Jejich rozbor může být přínosný při práci na jiných podobných projektech. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is devoted to a family project – opening a new branch, TeeHolic, with dessert drinks. One of the primary goals of this work is to use analyses to get an approximate overview of how long the project implementation of the project will take, which activities it includes, what sources are used and how much financial resources are needed to launch such a product on the market. The main tool for developing the project is MS Project software, which utilizes the MPM method to create the project schedule. Moreover, this program can generate Gantt chart which allows determining the overall duration of the project as well as its individual phases, a listing of tasks, their interrelationship, and more. The practical part of this work describes the application of the chosen methods and procedures in a real project TeeHolic. The practical part of this work also contains a detailed analysis of time, resources, costs and, last but not least, potential risks in the implementation of this project. And since this is a real project and its implementation is taking by the same time with the development of this thesis, I bring in the conclusion a comparison of whether the completion time, the number of needed resources and the actual expenses align with the results stated in this work. There will also be a mention of the risks that might be involved in the implementation of such a project. These analyses can be beneficial when working on other similar projects. |
