| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce spojuje dvě aktuální témata mezinárodních vztahů, a to sportovní diplomacii a genderové otázky. Na základě vlastního výzkumu autorky práce prezentuje aktuální zastoupení žen v manažerských a rozhodujících pozicích v basketbalových a sportovních organizacích na nadnárodní a národní úrovni. Práce zkoumá přístupy, strategie a cíle v oblasti genderové problematiky jednotlivých sportovních organizací a jejich přenášení z nadnárodní úrovně na úroveň národní. Součástí práce je analýza českého fotbalového a basketbalového prostředí ve vztahu ke genderovým otázkám, zde autorka své zjištění doplňuje rozhovory s respondenty z českého sportovního prostředí. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis combines two current topics in International Relations, namely sports diplomacy and gender issues. Based on the author's own research, this thesis describes the current representation of women in managerial and decision-making positions in basketball and football sports organisations at the European and national levels. This thesis examines the approaches, strategies, and goals in gender issues in sports organizations and their transfer from the European level to the national level. This thesis includes an analysis of the Czech football and basketball environment in relation to gender issues, where the author supports her findings with interviews with respondents from the Czech sports environment. |
