| Abstract: | Tématem této bakalářské práce jsou formy zaměstnávání a jejich využívání v cestovním ruchu, konkrétně v hotelech nacházejících se v Praze. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda pražské hotely naplňují předpoklad podle zákona č.262/2006 Sb. zákoník práce, § 74 odst. 1, který hovoří o využívání především zaměstnanců v pracovním poměru na plnění pracovních úkolů. A jaké pracovněprávní vztahy se nejčastěji využívají. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. První část práce, tedy teoretická část, se zaměřuje na zaměstnanost v cestovním ruchu, sezónnost, kvalifikace a fluktuace zaměstnanců, společně s mzdovým ohodnocením zaměstnanců v cestovním ruchu. Dále se především zabývá popisem pracovněprávních vztahů, jejich právní úpravou a porovnáním. Ve druhé části bakalářské práce je ke zjištění odpovědí na výzkumné otázky, využit průzkum ve vybraných hotelech se strukturovanými otázkami na stav zaměstnanců v hotelech, jaké pracovněprávní vztahy se v daném hotelu využívají a v jakém počtu. K doplnění analýzy bylo použito dotazníkové šetření v elektronické formě, které zjišťuje názor na jednotlivé formy zaměstnávání, jejich výhody a nevýhody a statistiky z Českého statistického úřadu. Díky výzkumu obsaženého v práci se zjistilo, že zaměstnavatelé v hotelnictví nedodržují zákon č.262/2006 Sb. zákoník práce, § 74 odst. 1 a nejvíce využívané formy zaměstnávání jsou vedle pracovního poměru i dohody o provedení práce. |

| Abstract: | The topic of this bachelor thesis is forms of employment and their use in tourism, specifically in hotels located in Prague. The main aim of the thesis is to find out whether Prague hotels fulfil the prerequisite according to Act No. 262/2006 Coll., Labour Code, Section 74 (1), which speaks about the use of main employees for the performance of work tasks. And which employment relationships are most often used. The bachelor thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The first part of the thesis, the theoretical part, focuses on employment in tourism, seasonality, qualifications and employee turnover, together with the wage evaluation of employees in tourism. The thesis also consists of a description of labour relations, their legal regulation and a comparison. In the second part of the bachelor thesis, a survey with structured questions on the status of employees in hotels is used to find out the answers to the research questions. To complete the analysis, an electronic questionnaire survey was used to gauge opinions on different forms of employment, their advantages and disadvantages, and statistics from the Czech Statistical Office. Thanks to the research contained in the thesis, it was found that employers in the hotel industry do not comply with Act No. 262/2006 Coll., Labour Code, Section 74 (1), and the most used forms of employment are the main employment relationship and the agreements to work outside the scope of employment. |
