| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá dvěma vybranými povinnostmi společníka společnosti s ručením omezeným a jejich srovnání s německou právní úpravou. Cílem této bakalářské práce je jasně vyzkoumat rozdíly těchto povinností v obou právních úpravách a to tak, aby si čtenář po přečtení této práce mohl udělat jednoduchou představu o tom, v čem se tyto dvě povinnosti v těchto dvou zemích liší, a v čem jsou si obě právní úpravy naopak velmi podobné. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with two selected obligations of a shareholder of a limited liability company and their comparison with German law. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to clearly examine the differences between these duties in the two legal systems, so that the reader, after reading this thesis, can get a simple idea of how these two duties differ in the two countries and how the two legal systems are, on the contrary, very similar. |
