| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním právních podmínek pro výstavbu a provoz fotovoltaických elektráren na území České republiky a Dánského království. Zaměřuje se na problematiku právní sféry a možná úskalí, která se mohou při výstavbě fotovoltaické elektrárny vyskytnout. Poukazuje na možnosti a povinnosti, které z provozu fotovoltaické elektrárny plynou a vysvětluje podmínky, které jsou při výstavbě nutné dodržet. V neposlední řadě jsou zde zmíněny také finanční podpory, které může potenciální zájemce v dané zemi čerpat a za jakých podmínek jsou tyto finanční podpory vypláceny. Tyto dvě vybrané země jsou následně porovnávány v jednotlivých aspektech. Následně jsou v práci vyhodnoceny pozitivní faktory, které mohou v určitých případech sloužit i jako inspirace pro ostatní země. Z porovnání poté vyplývá, že Dánsko na tom není zas tak skvěle jak by se dalo očekávat, nicméně stále jsou na tom o poznání lépe než Česká republika a v určitých aspektech si na tom stojí mnohem lépe. Na druhou stranu, Česká republika udělala v posledních letech velký krok vpřed a daří se jí držet krok s ostatními Evropskými státy a podporovat tím tak výstavbu nových fotovoltaických elektráren. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis deals with the comparison of legal conditions for the construction and operation of photovoltaic power plants in the Czech Republic and the Kingdom of Denmark. It focuses on legal issues and possible pitfalls that may occur during the construction of a photovoltaic power plant. It points out the possibilities and obligations that arise from the operation of the photovoltaic power plant and explains the conditions that must be observed during construction. Last but not least, the financial support that a potential applicant can draw on in a given country and the conditions under which these financial supports are paid are also mentioned here. These two selected countries are then compared in individual aspects. Subsequently, the work evaluates positive factors that can in certain cases also serve as inspiration for other countries. From the comparison, it follows that Denmark is not doing as well as one might expect, but they are still better than the Czech Republic and in certain aspects they are much better. On the other hand, the Czech Republic has taken a big step forward in recent years and manages to keep up with other European countries and thus support the construction of new photovoltaic power plants. |
