| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá zahájením podnikání v oboru pohostinství. Jejím cílem je zhodnocení a objasnění právních podmínek ve zmíněném oboru v České republice a následné vyhotovení podnikatelského plánu. V první části jsou vysvětleny právní pojmy, na základě kterých je v druhé části představen konkrétní podnikatelský záměr pro fiktivní kavárnu v Praze na Žižkově zacílenou na studenty. Podnikatelský plán obsahuje specifikace podniku, organizační strukturu, SWOT analýzu, analýzu konkurence, popis marketingového mixu a finanční analýzu. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with starting a business in the hospitality industry. Its aim is to evaluate and clarify the legal conditions in the mentioned industry in the Czech Republic and then to draw up a business plan. In the first part, legal concepts are explained. In the second part a specific business plan for a fictional café in Prague's Žižkov district targeting students is presented. The business plan includes business specifications, organizational structure, SWOT analysis, competitive analysis, description of the marketing mix and financial analysis. |
