| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na využití moderních technologií ve finančním poradenství v ČR. Práce se zabývá analýzou stávajícího fungování finančního poradenství a regulací tohoto oboru. Dále se zaměřuje na finanční technologie (Fintech) a jejich možnou roli ve finančním poradenství. Pro porovnání náplně práce finančních poradců a technologických možností jsou představeny činnosti, které mohou být nahrazeny Fintech. V praktické části jsou prezentovány výsledky rozhovorů s řediteli vybraných finančních poradenství v ČR, které se zaměřují na stávající využití informačních technologií a očekávaný vývoj nových technologií ve finančním poradenství. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda by moderní technologie mohly převzít nebo doplnit práci finančních poradců. Závěry této práce je, že moderní technologie v rámci Fintech práci fyzických poradců nenahradí, nýbrž ji zefektivní a zrychlí. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis focuses on the utilization of modern technologies in financial advisory services in the Czech Republic. The thesis analyzes the current functioning of financial advisory services and the regulations in this field. It further examines financial technologies (Fintech) and their potential role in financial advisory services. To compare the tasks performed by financial advisors and technological possibilities, activities that can be replaced by Fintech are presented. The practical part presents the results of interviews with directors of selected financial advisory services in the Czech Republic, focusing on the current use of information technologies and the expected development of new technologies in financial advisory services. The aim of this thesis is to determine whether modern technologies could replace or complement the work of financial advisors. The conclusions of this study suggest that modern technologies within Fintech will not replace the work of human advisors but rather enhance and expedite it. |
