| Abstract: | Diplomová práce s názvem "Hodnocení výzev rozhodování na úrovni seniorního managementu v mezinárodní společnosti se sídlem v České republice" posuzovala výzvy, kterým čelí senioři manažeři při efektivním rozhodování v kontextu mezinárodní společnosti působící v České republice. Studie se zaměřila na hodnocení vlivu faktorů, jako jsou kulturní rozdíly, jazykové bariéry a další výzvy spojené s mezinárodními operacemi. Analýzou těchto výzev a jejich dopadů cílem výzkumu bylo poskytnout poznatky a doporučení pro zlepšení procesu rozhodování na úrovni seniorního managementu. |
