| Abstract: | Nucená práce omezuje udržitelný rozvoj a lidská práva lidí po celém světě. Cílem této práce bylo zmapovat nucenou práci ve světě, identifikovat příčiny a možnosti její nápravy, popřípadě omezení. Nucená práce se objevuje ve všech světových regionech, jak v rozvojových, tak rozvinutých zemích. Jedním z důvodů je nedostatečná národní legislativa, která komplexně nezahrnuje problematiku nucené práce. Většina nucené práce se vyskytuje v soukromém sektoru, a to až 86 %, zbylých 14 % je nařizováno státem. Nucenou práci lze eliminovat vytvořením komplexních národních legislativ, které by chránily práva zaměstnanců. Dále lze nucenou práci odstranit prostřednictvím naplňování Cílů udržitelného rozvoje a uzavíráním bilaterálních a multilaterálních dohod, které zahrnují „labour provisions“. |

| Abstract: | Forced labor restricts sustainable development and human rights of people worldwide. The aim of this work was to map forced labor globally, identify its causes, and explore possibilities for its rectification or limitation. Forced labor occurs in all regions of the world, both in developing and developed countries. One of the reasons is insufficient national legislation that does not comprehensively address the issue of forced labor. The majority of forced labor exists in the private sector, accounting for up to 86 %, while the remaining 14 % is mandated by the state. Forced labor can be eliminated through the establishment of comprehensive national legislations that protect workers' rights. Furthermore, forced labor can be eradicated by fulfilling the Sustainable Development Goals and entering into bilateral and multilateral agreements that include labor provisions. |
