| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá jednotlivými zvláštnostmi právních aspektů živnostenského podnikání působících na území každého ze států, zejména v České republice a Kazachstánu. Cílem bakalářské práce je pomocí srovnávací metody zjistit odlišnosti právní úpravy obou zemí a navrhnout, jak inovovat legislativu na základě inspirace jiného státu. Práce se zabývá výzkumem, jehož závěr ukáže, která ze zemí vytváří příznivější podmínky pro živnostenské podnikání z právního hlediska. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with individual peculiarities of legal aspects of trade business operating in the territory of each of the states, especially in the Czech Republic and Kazakhstan. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to use a comparative method to find out the differences in the legislation of both countries and to propose how to innovate legislation based on the inspiration of another state. The thesis deals with research, the conclusion of which will show which of the countries creates more favorable conditions for trade business from a legal point of view. |
