| Abstract: | Tato disertační práce zkoumá dopad globální finanční krize z roku 2008 na americký realitní sektor a jeho důsledky pro Eurozónu. Skrze analýzu makroekonomických a realitních tržních ukazatelů a historických dat se studie zabývá dopady krize na americký trh s bydlením a zkoumá přítomnost potenciální realitní bubliny v Eurozóně. Závěry této práce přispívají k porozumění následkům krize z roku 2008 na americký realitní sektor a poskytují poznatky o současném stavu realitního trhu v Eurozóně. Tato výzkumná práce pomáhá tvůrcům politiky, investorům a účastníkům trhu při hodnocení tržních rizik a porozumění dynamice trhu. |
