| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu globálních hodnotových řetězců ve farmaceutickém průmyslu se zaměřením na odvětvovou scénu v České republice. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je zmapovat a zhodnotit zapojení farmaceutického průmyslu v České republice do globálních hodnotových řetězců v období 1995 až 2021. Součástí řešení diplomové práce jsou dvě výzkumné otázky zaměřené na intenzitu zapojení farmaceutického průmyslu České republiky do GVC a na formu zapojení farmaceutického průmyslu České republiky do GVC. Vedle zpracovaných základních východisek k tématu, práce dále vychází především z údajů v dostupných databázích a průzkumu mezi konkrétními firmami. Závěr přináší syntézu získaných poznatků a odpovědi na položené výzkumné otázky v kontextu hlavního cíle práce. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis is devoted to the topic of global value chains in the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on the industry scene in the Czech Republic. The main goal of the thesis is to map and evaluate the involvement of the pharmaceutical industry in the Czech Republic in global value chains in the period from 1995 to 2021. Part of the solution of the thesis are two research questions focused on the intensity of involvement of the pharmaceutical industry of the Czech Republic in GVC and the form of involvement of the pharmaceutical industry of the Czech Republic to GVC. In addition to the prepared basic starting points for the topic, the work is based mainly on data in available databases and research among specific companies. The conclusion provides a synthesis of the acquired knowledge and answers to the research questions in the context of the main goal of the work. |
