| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá aspekty lean managementu a jeho možnostmi uplatnění ve vybrané organizaci. Cílem práce je návrh a možná implementace vizuálního nástroje lean managementu, který slouží k přehlednému měření naplňování cílů strategického záměru v konkrétní oblasti působení instituce. V rámci řešení jsou stanoveny kroky vedoucí k implementaci metody a návrh na její funkční udržení do budoucna. Zvolení nástroje Hoshin Kanri bylo podnětem k prostudování příbuzných modelů lean managementu a zvážení jejich vhodnosti pro zkoumanou situaci. Výsledkem práce je návrh matice Hoshin Kanri, včetně návrhů chybějících aspektů, které je nutné zvážit při strategickém plánování vybrané instituce. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with aspects of lean management and its possible application in the selected organization. The aim of the thesis is the design and possible implementation of a visual tool of lean management, which is used to clearly measure the fulfillment of the objectives of the strategic plan in a specific area of the institution. Within the framework of the solution the steps leading to the implementation of the method and the proposal for its functional maintenance in the future are determined. The choice of the Hoshin Kanri tool was prompted by a study of related lean ma-nagement models and consideration of their suitability for the situation under study. The result of the work is a draft of the Hoshin Kanri matrix, including suggestions of missing aspects to be considered in the strategic planning of the selected institution. |
