| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá zhodnocením a návrhem fundraisingové strategie neziskové organizace JA Czech. Hlavním cílem práce je zhodnocení dosavadní strategie a navržení aktivit, které přispějí k dalšímu financování poslání organizace. Teoretická část obsahuje vymezení problematiky související s tématem práce a metodické postupy, které se využívají při tvorbě fundraisingové analýzy. Vybrané metody jsou v praktické části aplikovány na zkoumanou organizaci. Mezi metody, které jsou využity pro stanovení příležitostí a hrozeb organizace, patří PEST analýza a analýza oboru. K získání informací ohledně silných a slabých stránek organizace je využita finanční analýza, VRIO analýza a analýza on-line působení organizace. Všechny externí a interní analýzy shrnuje SWOT analýza. Na základě získaných informací je v závěru práce zhodnocena dosavadní fundraisingová strategie organizace a následně jsou uvedeny možnosti řešení, které mohou vylepšit dosavadní strategii. Mezi konkrétní možnosti dalšího rozvoje aktivit neziskové organizace patří hlubší zaměření na individuální dárce s využitím sociálních sítí, udržení současných firemních dárců pomocí brožury, která poskytne finanční přehled nebo rozšíření crowdfundingu. |

| Abstract: | This Master´s Thesis deals with the evaluation and proposal of the fundraising strategy of the non-profit organization JA Czech. The main objective of the thesis is to evaluate the current strategy and propose activities that will contribute to further funding of the organization's mission. The theoretical part contains the definition of the issues related to the topic of the thesis and methodological procedures used in the creation of the fundraising analysis. The selected methods are applied on the organization in the practical part. The methods that are used to determine the opportunities and threats of the organization include PEST analysis and industry analysis. Financial analysis, VRIO analysis and online analysis are used to obtain information regarding the strengths and weaknesses of the organization. All the external and internal analyses are summarized by SWOT analysis. Based on the information gained, the thesis concludes with an evaluation of the organization's current fundraising strategy and then presents funding opportunities that can improve the current strategy. Specific options for the further development of the nonprofit's activities include a deeper focus on individual donors using social media, retention of the current corporate donors through a brochure that provides a financial overview, or expansion of crowdfunding. |
