| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce zkoumá postupy projektového řízení vybraného týmu a porov-nává je s mezinárodními standardy projektového managementu PMBOK Guide, PRINCE2 a ISO 21500. Cílem je vyhodnotit úroveň shody a předložit doporučení ke zlepšení. K dosažení tohoto cíle bude zvolen kvalitativní výzkum a metody zahrnující průzkum mezinárodních standardů, osobní rozhovory a analýzu interních dokumentů týmu. Na základě mezinárodních standardů budou navrženy změny ke zlepšení nasta-vených procesů. Tyto návrhy budou posouzeny klíčovými členy týmu z hlediska pro-veditelnosti a použitelnosti. Výstupem práce bude posouzení kvality zavedených proce-sů a návrhy na zvýšení efektivity a kvality projektového řízení v daném týmu. |

| Abstract: | This thesis examines the project management practices of the selected team and compares them with the international project management standards PMBOK Guide, PRINCE2 and ISO 21500. The aim is to evaluate the level of compliance and make recommendations for improvement. To achieve this objective, qualitative research and methods including a survey of international standards, personal interviews and analysis of internal team documents will be chosen. Based on international standards, changes will be proposed to improve the established processes. These proposals will be assessed by key team members for feasibility and applicability. The output of the work will be an assessment of the quality of the established processes and suggestions for improving the efficiency and quality of project management in the team. |
