| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se primárně zaměřuje na osobu podnikatele a politika Silvia Berlusconiho a klade si za cíl zjistit, zda a popřípadě jak ovlivnil populismus vlád s jeho účastí italský penzijní systém. V práci se tak propojuje aspekt nejen ekonomický, ale i politologický a sociologický. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku pojmů a základních koncepcí spojených s tématem práce. Hlavními předměty zkoumání jsou reformy penzijního systému v Itálii v kontextu tehdejšího politického uskupení. V praktické části práce jsou rozebrány jednotlivé reformy, jejich politické pozadí a dopady na společnost. Z analýzy výše jmenovaného plyne, že způsob, kterým se Berlusconi dostal k moci, byl populistický. O reformách penzijního systému zformovaných jeho vládou se to již říci nedá. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis primarily focuses on the person of entrepreneur and politician Silvio Berlusconi and aims to find out whether and, if so, how populism of governments with his participation has affected the Italian pension system. The thesis thus combines not only the economic aspect but also the political science and sociology. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the characterization of the terms and basic concepts related to the topic of the thesis. The main objects of investigation are the reforms of the pension system in Italy in the context of the political alignment at that time. The analysis of the above shows that the way in which Berlusconi came to power was populist; the same cannot be said of the pension system reforms formed by his government. |
